Ban on concealed guns in state offices takes effect, but challenges may await
From the Richmond Times Dispatch:
A new rule barring concealed guns in most state offices was put into effect late last week as an emergency regulation, clearing the way for executive agencies to proceed with the implementation of Gov. Terry McAuliffe’s recent executive order on gun violence.
After the concealed-carry regulation went into effect last Thursday, an email was sent to executive-branch agency heads with an example of signage that will be posted at state offices notifying visitors that firearms are prohibited.
